Bond TeamSpirit, a division of Bond International Software (UK) Limited, has over 30 years’ experience in developing software and services purely dedicated to the requirements of payroll and HR software. Since our establishment in 1979, we have grown to employ over thirty people of which 60% are appointed to support and development roles.

We have successfully implemented our HR & Payroll Software for over 500 clients with between 80 and 50,000 employees, including many blue chip companies and household names from all public and private UK sectors. Bond TeamSpirit also has an associate company, Bond Payroll Services, who utilise our TeamSpirit software to provide a wide range of payroll and HR outsourcing services. All Bond Payroll Services payroll processing staff are qualified to IPPM standard and the bureau itself is BACS approved. TeamSpirit can provide tailored HR software systems to each clients individual requirements and can incorporate, traditional bureau, fully managed and hosted payroll services, plus HR outsourcing, consultancy and advisory services should you so wish.
