How is TeamSpirit Used?
TeamSpirit Human Resource software can be implemented in several different ways to suit your own requirements. As your situation changes these can be easily adapted.
TeamSpirit HR software implementation can be handled in different ways. It can be introduced one module at a time, building up to a complete integrated HR solution to include Payroll, Time and Attendance, P11D, Recruitment and Personnel Software. It can be implemented as an in-company system, an Outsourced Payroll system, Outsourced HR system or a combination of the two.

The operating environment in which the TeamSpirit software is implemented is also very flexible. In it's simplest form it can be installed on a standalone PC, or on a local area network of PC's. For larger installations it can operate very effectively across a wide area network, or from a web browser interface using your own intranet or the Internet.
