Bond International Software Partners with RealFlair for All-in-One Rostering, HR & Payroll System
Partnership between RealFlair and Bond International Software provides a rostering service integrated with single database HR and Payroll
12th October 2010: Bond International Software, the global provider of recruitment & human capital management software & services, today announces a partnership between its Bond TeamSpirit division - providers of a modular, yet fully integrated HR & Payroll software solution - and RealFlair, a dedicated rostering service.
As a result of this integration, the RealFlair staff optimisation rostering software accesses Bond TeamSpirit's single database to extract HR data such as training records, qualifications and attendance. Rosters based on employee availability and shifts already worked are then automatically calculated, taking into account the known needs of a given shift. For example, in a retail environment, more staff may be required at peak times in the day or for deliveries, but fewer for other periods.
The completed rosters are then automatically shared with Bond TeamSpirit's payroll system so that payroll calculations can be automatically performed. The end result is a three-part rostering, HR and payroll system that operates from a single database, ensuring accurate payroll, up-to-date and accurate HR data and automatically-generated rosters that have a track record of reducing staff costs by as much as 30%.

Should staff shortfalls occur on a given shift or where an employee needs to be temporarily transferred to an under-resourced site or branch, the system can communicate the availability of these shifts via SMS to employees who have the necessary skills and qualifications and who have requested additional overtime.
