Bond Teamspirit to Launch Web-based Project Costing Module at CIPD HR Software Show 2011

TeamSpirit will be offering demonstrations of its newly launched Project Costing Module, as well as its complete range of fully integrated HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions, at CIPD HR Software Show 2011.

25^th May 2011: Bond TeamSpirit, the provider of modular yet integrated HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance software, today announces the launch of its Project Costing Module - a web-based, timesheet mechanism that allows companies to capture information on each employee's time spent on individual projects and therefore monitor levels of resource cost on a real-time basis.

Demonstrations of the Project Costing Module will be taking place at this year's CIPD HR Software Show on 15^th-16^th June, Stand H310.

Bond TeamSpirit has specifically developed its project costing module in line with customer demand: in response to continuing budgetary constraints, businesses are being put under increasing pressure to get the most out of their workforce, and to demonstrate that each project undertaken delivers value. The module will be integrated into Bond TeamSpirit's web-based Employee Self Service application, allowing employees to fill in their timesheets on a daily basis and allocate time to specified projects or activities. The format of the timesheet is configurable, can handle activity dependent pay rates and extra payments based on where and when the activity was carried out, for example, site and shift allowances. All timesheets are electronically submitted and approved.

 This data is then used to calculate the detailed, real-time resource cost for each project and make the data available to the TeamSpirit payroll module and various finance systems.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the largest HR development body within Europe. The free exhibition gives visitors the opportunity to meet suppliers of HR software, technology and services and discover how technology can be used to improve existing HR functions. Visitors can also use the opportunity to compare their own departments to those of other organisations through the workshops and showcases also being held.
