TeamSpirit HR will provide you with a wealth of functionality to record detailed information on your staff including absence management, learning and development and health and safety. Access to the system's standard reports and the Bradford Factor calculation will enable you to monitor absence levels across your business, pin pointing the most costly cases of persistent short term absence. With our web-based Manager Access module some of the responsibility for recording and monitoring employee absence, submitting and approving departmental timesheets and responsibility for inter-departmental transfers can be divulged to line managers and supervisors, relieving your HR staff to concentrate on the more strategic areas of your business.
TeamSpirit uses a single database meaning that there is no duplication of data entry required across the system's core modules. Subject to security access, data can be added via any module within the system and viewed simultaneously by other members of your team. There is no need for data to be duplicated across Payroll, HR or Time & Attendance saving valuable time and resources and increasing data integrity.
TeamSpirit software can also be deployed over a Wide Area Network (WAN) which is the perfect solution for large and multi-site organisations that require access from several remote locations. The speed and performance of TeamSpirit in this environment has been proven by many successful installations.
Our TeamSpirit software can also be delivered in a range of ways, as a totally in-house software solution installed on your servers, as a hosted/Software as a Service 'SaaS' solution where the software is hosted on our servers and the cost can be spread monthly and in the case of payroll, there is the option to fully or partially outsource this function via our Bond Payroll Services division. Combinations of all three solutions are also possible.
The flexibility of TeamSpirit has also proven to be invaluable within a manufacturing environment where many organisations have particularly individual processes and procedures which cannot be met by standard off-the-shelf HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance software solutions.
