In addition our HR module includes functionality to check right-to-work eligibility by monitoring and recording employee right-to-work identification. The forms of identification that have been produced by the employee can be recorded within the Teamspirit HR system and trigger prompts to check that visas have been renewed once they have expired. With a dispersed workforce, Teamspirit Manager Access offers managers the ability to complete timesheets online, a feature that has been particularly useful to our clients in the food services sector. This functionality allows timesheets to be entered from remote locations via the web. This can be with or without an authorisation level before being confirmed as 'payroll ready'. Manager Access also provides the ability to handle blank timesheet submissions for casual/temporary employees. Timesheets can then be analysed through production of a summary hours report, produced for single or multiple days or weeks, which breaks down the number of hours worked by basic, overtime and absence etc. The summary hours report also provides invaluable information to those companies employing temporary staff for cross referencing agency invoices against timesheets and absence.
A trend in recent years has seen line managers increasingly being expected to manage their own staff rather than HR retaining sole responsibility for all employees.
Real time access to the system by managers means that absence or lateness can be addressed immediately without having to rely on weekly or monthly reports produced by HR. This functionality can be offered using TeamSpirit's web-based Manager Access module.

This third party software powered by RealFlair, links to Teamspirit to provide a scheduling, rostering and resource optimisation tool which can handle staff on flexible and fixed pattern rosters.
