	In October 2000 Bond TeamSpirit became the first company accredited by the HMRC Payroll Standard Accreditation Scheme, and we have to gain re-approval every year. We also attend regular HMRC, Payroll Alliance and BCS meetings to ensure TeamSpirit HR software continues to meet statutory obligations.
	Bond TeamSpirit is an Intellect member, formerly known as the CSSA. Intellect represents over 1000 companies in the information technology, telecommunications and electronics industries based in the UK. Intellect is committed to improving the environment in which its members do business, promoting their interests and providing them with high value services.
	As an Investor in People, Bond TeamSpirit is committed to employee training and development ensuring continuity and quality of service.
	Bond TeamSpirit is accredited to the internationally recognised Environmental Management Systems Standard ISO14001. The ISO14001 is a standard which recognises an organisations commitment to develop and implement a policy and objectives to continually improve the ways in which it reduces its impact on the environment. Bond TeamSpirit is also a BASDA Green Charter Member.
	Bond TeamSpirit has gained ISO27001:2005 certification. This is an Information Security Management System standard that covers all aspects of information security. This certification demonstrates Bond TeamSpirit's professional and on-going commitment to information security.
	Bond TeamSpirit became a BASDA member (the Business & Accounting Software Developers' Association) in February 2005. BASDA represents more than 350 of the world's leading application software developers and is the acknowledged voice of the industry. The association was formed in 1993 by a core group of developers who realised that the business and accounting software industry needed a representative body. BASDA Membership gives Bond TeamSpirit access to detailed technical specifications and white papers that affect the HR and Payroll software industry and allows Bond TeamSpirit staff to attend its meetings and events to keep abreast of industry trends.
	Bond TeamSpirit is accredited to the internationally recognised Quality Management Standard ISO9001:2008. The ISO9001 process provides a robust framework for improving our organisation's quality system by adopting the quality management principles set out by the standard.
